上部结构配置：
1.箱体采用Q345锰钢高强度板，四面五底。箱体的顶部、底部和填料由加厚钢板制成，耐腐蚀，使用寿命长。它经过三层喷漆处理。
2.驾驶舱和车身外部的集中电子控制系统连接到同一个CAN总线控制系统。加载循环时间不超过12秒。废物排放时间≤40秒。倾斜架的倾斜角度≥55°，双向蠕动压缩比为1:5。
3.国内知名品牌液压系统（安徽万业泵业、中美多路阀、恒力定制油缸、浙江嘉善动力起飞），所有系列均标配夹紧阀（背压阀）。
4.新型刮板滑块连接轴采用高锰耐磨钢制成，经久耐用，无破损。进料斗被抬高并扩大，以防止废物掉到地上。铲斗悬挂机构具有圆形悬挂齿，可防止损坏铲斗边缘，以及缓冲垫，可防止铲斗受到压力，防止损坏。它可以同时悬挂120升和240升的桶。
5.配备夜间照明，双污水箱，污水箱排水球阀和清洗口，额外排水管防止飞溅，人性化设计，车身高位轮廓灯/侧灯/操作灯。
